Air Traffic Out of Control: Keeping Up with Jetsetter Preachers and Their Toys

Trinity Foundation runs the Pastor Planes project with the goal of bringing transparency to churches, ministries and Christian universities using privately-owned aircraft. We post daily tracking maps on Twitter and Instagram.

Most of these ministries could save a significant amount of money flying commercially rather than by private jets. Trinity Foundation views the use of private jets as a sign of poor financial stewardship. Also, the pastors that fly by private jet are more inclined to live in extravagantly expensive parsonages and beach houses.

This first episode of Air Traffic Out of Control describes how we track aircraft with ADSB Exchange.
